and New Zealand markets for many years. In this time we have brought to the
market many new and exciting technological advances to the industry and out thousands of customers. Our
management team has extensive experience in small, medium and corporate business
enterprises and has specialized in the cost effective delivery of the latest
technologies. We provide solutions to our customers most commonly encountered
problems.
We are extremely pleased to

our resellers to concentrate on providing there customers solutions while
knowing that there customers are supported by an experienced support team.
Having a centralised support desk allows centralised information and support
which also gives the customer piece of mind. As a reseller you may go on
Holidays and you will not need be concerned about the support to your customers
as our team will be there for your customers while you are away.
We have two types of
resellers. The first provides a complete solution to there customers looking
after pre and post sales. The second type of reseller and the majority of our
resellers are companies that have the client base and the expertise to sell our
range of products but do not have the structure to support the products. These
resellers take advantage of our state of the art web based help desk to satisfy
all their customer questions and enquiries pre and post sales.
The ACTAtek range of products
are world-class SSL-protected Access Control and Time Attendance System
web-based Biometrics and Smart Card Technology. With all software and hardware
built-in to the system, ACTAtek can be used in a standalone mode without the
need of costly & complex dedicated architecture. Network support from the
reliable TCP/IP networking protocol allows ACTAtek to be operated in a multiple
device environment in primary & secondary mode enhancing its functionalities.
Moreover, its modular build allows ACTAtek to be integrated with a range of
devices for the different modules attached, such as the fingerprint sensor, card
reader, built-in camera - to name a few
